The Role

This position is a hybrid leadership role:

• You’ll be the MOD two days per week—leading the shift, supporting the team, solving problems in real time, and protecting the guest experience.
• You’ll work three tipped shifts—earning tips while setting the pace for hospitality, sales, and standards.

What You’ll Do(MOD Shift Responsibilities)

• Lead all FOH operations during the shift (service flow, pacing, guest recovery, comps/voids within guidelines)
• Coach and support the team in real time (servers, hosts, bartenders, support)
• Run pre-shift and ensure proper shift execution (sections, breaks, sidework, cleanliness)
• Handle guest issues professionally and confidently
• Communicate key notes to the GM (staff performance, maintenance items, guest feedback, inventory/86s)
• Ensure cash handling and end-of-night processes are completed accurately (as applicable)

What You’ll Do (Prime Tipped Shifts Responsibilities)

• Deliver top-tier hospitality and lead by example on the floor
• Drive sales through menu knowledge, steps of service, and strong suggestive selling
• Be a culture setter: calm, prepared, professional, and solution-oriented
• Support teammates and maintain high standards when it’s busy

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of restaurant leadership experience (AGM, shift lead, key holder, or strong lead server/trainer)
• Strong floor presence—able to direct pace, people, and priorities
• Confident decision-maker with good judgment and professionalism
• Great communication: clear, respectful, and consistent
• Strong service background (you can lead and also perform on the floor)
• Nights/weekends availability (prime shifts)

Compensation & Perks

• MOD shift: hourly management rate
• 3 prime tipped shifts: tipped earnings applicable hourly base
