Role Description
We are seeking a Skilled Construction Worker with Lead Potential to join our team full-time in Maryville, TN. This on-site role involves working on a wide variety of projects, from new custom builds to detailed renovations.
Key areas of focus include:
- Door and window installation
- Rough framing and structural carpentry
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Assisting with additional tasks such as flooring, siding, and general construction
Candidates with electrical or plumbing experience will be given strong consideration, as these skills add tremendous value across our projects.
Daily work involves collaborating with our crew, adapting to varying site conditions, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a lead role on our team.
Qualifications
- Proven carpentry skills (doors, windows, framing, trim/finish)
- Experience with renovations and new home construction
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Electrical and/or plumbing experience highly preferred
- Previous construction industry experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
