Job Overview
White Mountain Overhead Doors is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to handle front desk duties, phone management, scheduling, and general office support. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. We hope to expand our business as we move into our busier seasons. Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records.
  • Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating jobs.
  • Provide administrative support including typing, proofreading documents, and preparing correspondence.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks, ensuring documents are well-organized and formatted correctly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide support with a focus on excellent customer service.
  • Maintain office organization by managing supplies, equipment, and office maintenance needs.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks as required, including basic accounting functions using QuickBooks.
  • Assist with personal assistant duties as needed to support management staff.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy.
  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in clerical work or office management is highly desirable.
  • Friendly, organized, and punctual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
