Job Title: Busser

Ledges Restaurant is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Set up tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware
• Clear tables of used plates, cups, and utensils
• Assist servers with refilling drinks and clearing plates
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors and wiping down tables and chairs
• Restock supplies as needed
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Busser or in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
