Overview:
We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales and service department, you will play a crucial role in driving business and increasing customer engagement.
Duties:
- Answer and Respond to inbound emails, calls and text inquiring about vehicles and requesting service information.
-Conduct outbound calls with a goal of scheduling appointments
- Provide sales support by assisting customers with inquiries and product information
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive new business
-Conduct sales and service customer satisfaction calls
Requirements:
- Thorough knowledge of basic computing and ability to quickly learn specific software is a must
- Knowledge of automotive dealership environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
