Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Help maximize the revenue of the spa through effective scheduling, yield management, and driving retail sales.
- Deliver a friendly and helpful first impression with spa guests and ensure all identified guest satisfaction touch points are achieved.
- Make reservations for spa services and ensure all information is accurate and communicated timely to all involved.
- Support upsell and retail recommendations to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain accurate reservation and appointment records in spa systems.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
- A positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding people skills and a warm, friendly manner.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle guest information professionally.
- Comfort with basic scheduling or reservation software; willingness to learn property systems.
