- 6–8-hour day and evening shifts
- Full and part-time positions available
- Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
- Lead personalized consultations to understand each guest’s wellness goals.
- Present tailored membership options and guide guests through their next steps.
- Promote the therapeutic/wellness benefits of massage therapy, skin therapy, and wellness therapies.
- Support daily Retreat operations including transactions, transitions, wellness therapies and front desk excellence.
- Excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and strong articulation.
- Collaborate with therapists and team members to ensure a seamless, elevated experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, guest services, or a wellness-focused environment.
- Previous experience in membership sales is preferred.
- Natural ability to connect, listen, and inspire trust.
- Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems.
- Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor.
- Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts.
- Thrives in collaborative team settings.
