Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set while assisting the Food Runner as needed.
- Work closely and maintain excellent communication with servers; assist with table maintenance, clearing, marking, and beverage delivery.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality, always exhibiting professionalism and friendliness.
- Learn to operate the Host Stand.
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items, contents, preparation methods, and garnishes, accurately answering any guest questions.
- Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned.
- Process all payment methods.
- Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude.
- A willingness to learn and grow into the server role.
- Ability to handle high volume and work well under pressure.
