Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring all service standards are consistently met.
- Lead by example and assist associates during service to maintain a hands-on and guest-focused approach.
- Implement and uphold all White Lodging Way (WLW) training, certification materials, and scenography standards.
- Monitor dining times, seating rotations, and shift capacities to ensure smooth operations.
- Schedule and manage associates according to staffing guides and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate associate documentation, performance reviews, and REX/RAP evaluations.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and a culture of hospitality through consistent communication and coaching.
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong organization, planning, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Micros POS systems.
- Excellent customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lift or carry up to 40 pounds and move between hot and cold environments as needed.
- College degree preferred.
