Duties

- Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
- Conduct laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and janitorial tools.
- Manage manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting of furniture or cleaning supplies while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and specialized floor care techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements and provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow time management practices to complete daily tasks promptly while maintaining quality standards.
- Assist with outdoor work activities related to property upkeep when required.
- Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or supply needs promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, sanitation procedures, and the use of various cleaning detergents and equipment.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout shifts.
