What You'll Do
- Answer guest questions about food and beverage offerings with confidence and warmth.
- Stay familiar with preparation methods and ingredients to address dietary needs and allergy questions.
- Brew coffee and prepare beverages according to specific recipes.
- Keep the dining area clean and welcoming by disposing of trash, picking up trays, restocking dishes, and wiping down tables and counters throughout your shift.
- Assist with the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of banquet areas according to function specifications as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- A positive, people-first attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences.
- Self-motivation and initiative — mornings move fast, and you stay one step ahead.
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills to handle the unexpected with a smile.
- Availability to work morning shifts, including weekends and holidays — this role is ideal for early risers who love being done for the day by early afternoon.
- Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally, and stay on your feet throughout your shift.

- Must complete Service Training Manual and be certified/validated within 30 days of department orientation. Must pass certification quiz/test for position. Must have TIPS Certification and Serve Safe Certification.

- Lift, carry or otherwise move up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance.
- Follow proper moving and lifting procedures identified in Departmental Orientation Handbook.
