Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
- The Barista will deliver an exceptional guest experience, connecting with customers to deliver quality beverages and products. Exhibit professionalism and friendliness always
- Be knowledgeable of all menu items and stay current on seasonal specials, new menu items, and specifications including proper preparation while promoting and recommending menu options to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by performing all cleaning, opening, and closing duties
- Process all payment methods
- Be an ambassador of our establishment by maintaining a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
- A Barista will have an outgoing and social personality
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A passion for service with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to any situation
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for product quality
- Previous experience always helps, but is not required
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
