At Brush Creek Ranch, we are more than just a destination; we are an experience. Nestled in the stunning landscapes of Wyoming, we offer luxury adventure in the great outdoors. Working at Brush Creek Ranch means joining a team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. With a commitment to hospitality and service excellence, we foster an environment where you can thrive, grow, and bring your best self to work every day.
We are hiring an Overnight Revenue Analyst to join the Brush Creek Ranch team. This is an exciting entry point into the world of finance, accounting, and revenue management — ideal for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone looking to build their first foundation in finance. Working overnight, you will help close out the financial activity of the entire resort, gaining hands-on exposure to revenue across accommodations, dining, activities, events, retail, and other resort operations. You’ll learn how the numbers behind a luxury resort come together while developing valuable skills in financial reconciliation, reporting, auditing, and operational finance.
What You’ll Do
Lead the overnight financial close for Brush Creek Ranch — ensuring revenue and financial activity across the resort is accurately recorded, balanced, and ready for the next business day
Review and reconcile daily revenue across accommodations, Food & Beverage, activities, events, retail, and other resort operations
Audit guest accounts, folios, house accounts, group accounts, and market segments to ensure transactions are accurate and properly coded
Run and review daily revenue and financial reports, investigate discrepancies, and communicate key findings to leadership
Reconcile cash, credit cards, deposits, and other payment activity while maintaining strong financial controls
Work with resort departments to research and resolve financial or operational discrepancies
Develop a working knowledge of hospitality accounting, revenue management, financial reporting, and resort operations — building skills that can support future career opportunities in Finance or Accounting
Provide professional overnight guest service, handling arrivals, departures, requests, and service recovery while maintaining Brush Creek Ranch's standards of excellence
Communicate important financial, guest, and operational information to the incoming team and leadership
Attend all scheduled employee meetings
What You’ll Bring
A degree, coursework, internship, or demonstrated interest in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred, but not required
Recent graduates and candidates looking to begin a career in finance are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and curiosity about how numbers connect to business performance
Comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, reports, and financial information
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with hotel property management or accounting systems is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently
A high level of integrity and discretion when handling financial and guest information
A positive attitude and genuine ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with guests, partners, and coworkers
A consistent commitment to fulfilling Brush Creek Ranch's core company values — Authentic, Friendly, Connective, Sustainable, Discovery, and Memorable — and exhibiting BCR Behavior Standards with guests, partners, and coworkers at all times
