What You’ll Do
Create and customize detailed guest itineraries, including pre-arrival preparations and daily activities throughout their stay.
Serve as the main point of contact for guests, assisting with requests, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure all guest needs are met, including dining reservations, activity bookings, and special accommodations.
Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive solutions, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Maintain communication with guests throughout their stay, ensuring any changes or adjustments are communicated effectively.
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all requested services, such as transportation, amenities, and guest-specific requests.
Track guest preferences and feedback to enhance future experiences and improve service standards.
Expected to remain adaptable and take on additional duties as assigned, based on the organization's goals and priorities.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in guest services or hospitality, with a strong focus on personalized attention and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate guest needs and create seamless experiences.
