Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.
- Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.
- A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).
- Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.
- Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
