Job Summary
White House Fruit Farm is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Event Associates for our popular spring Tulip Experience. This dynamic role puts you at the center of a vibrant event, where your energy and hospitality will help create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.
In this position, you’ll support gate admissions, retail sales, field monitoring, and overall event operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a safe, enjoyable environment. Ideal candidates are friendly, dependable, and thrive in fast-paced, outdoor settings.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, assist with admissions and ticketing, and provide excellent customer service
- Answer visitor questions, provide directions, and share information to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with event setup, organize activity areas, and maintain safe, welcoming spaces
- Operate registers and retail stations, including bakery, gift shop, and farm market, handling cash accurately
- Monitor tulip fields and activity areas to ensure guest safety and protect crops
- Direct foot traffic, manage crowd flow, and support smooth event operations
- Restock merchandise, maintain clean, organized workspaces, and collaborate with team members
- Address guest concerns professionally to maintain a positive, enjoyable atmosphere
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Weekend availability required
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
