Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Bakery Assistant Manager to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing daily bakery production operations
- Support and help manage a team of bakery staff
- Operate bakery equipment, including ovens, safely and efficiently
- Ensure products are prepared to quality and consistency standards
- Multitask effectively during high-volume production periods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Help coordinate production schedules and workflow
Requirements
- Ability to work early morning shifts with flexible start and end times
- Availability to work weekends and up to 6 days per week when needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
- Leadership skills or willingness to grow into a management role
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bakery or food production experience (a plus, but not required)
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
