Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Project Manager and Coordinator based in Winchester, VA. The role involves overseeing project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure timely completion. Day-to-day tasks include managing project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, expediting processes, coordinating logistics, and performing inspections to maintain high standards and quality. The individual will also ensure goals are met efficiently, within scope, and align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management and experience coordinating complex projects
- Experience in Expediting and serving as an Expeditor in a professional setting
- Strong skills in Inspection and quality control processes
- Proven abilities in Logistics Management and managing supply chain operations
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Capability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and timelines
- Proficiency in project management software is a plus
- Experience in food production, manufacturing, or related industries is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
