Responsibilities
- Prepares all the hot foods in accordance with the planned menus and recipes.
- Prepares and serve meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
- Record on production sheets the correct amount of food utilized and the temperatures of food items for each meal.
- Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
- Prepare food for therapeutic diets in accordance with planned menus.
- Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations as well as the community’s established
