We are seeking an experienced Medical Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Potsdam, NY. This is a great opportunity for an RN with strong telemetry skills—and especially PCU experience—to work in a Certified Stroke Center caring for a diverse adult and geriatric patient population.

Shift: Nights
Schedule: 4 × 12-hour shifts
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
Requirements:
Active NY RN license
Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
EPIC experience is required
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Strong telemetry and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
Ability to start and maintain IVs
Experience caring for patients with cardiac, respiratory, infectious, endocrine, neurological, and post-operative conditions
PCU/Stepdown experience strongly preferred
Must be comfortable caring for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients
Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-care skills
