Position Details:
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Cath Lab
Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory
Job Type: Travel
Location: Syracuse, NY
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days
Schedule options:
4 x 10-hour shifts
3 x 12-hour shifts
For 4 x 10-hour schedule, shifts are staggered through 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
On-call required approximately 9–10 days per month
Includes one Friday and one weekend of call each month
Holiday call required if applicable during the contract
Assist with pre-procedure and recovery as needed
Requirements:
Active NY RN License
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab nursing experience
At least 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the past 2 years
Experience in hospitals of similar size or Level I Trauma Centers preferred
Minimum 4 years of Cath Lab experience preferred
Comfortable performing both circulating and moderate sedation roles
Current BLS certification
Level I Trauma Center experience highly preferred
EPIC EMR experience highly preferred
50-mile radius rule
