Position Description: We’re hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to support day-to-day logistics and inventory accuracy at our Dayton, NJ Corporate Distribution Center. This role is ideal for someone who excels in scanning, inventory control, and maintaining precise warehouse documentation.What You’ll DoPerform scanning and inventory control to ensure accurate tracking of all inbound and outbound products.Complete shipping and receiving tasks, including printing labels, preparing manifests, staging freight, and verifying shipments. Conduct inventory reconciliation, resolving discrepancies such as partial pickups, missing units, and aged orders; update inventory and order status in the WMS. Handle special inbounds and labeling with high accuracy to maintain proper product flow. Maintain organized inventory areas, proper labeling, and compliance with company standards.Follow all safety and compliance protocols while performing warehouse and inventory tasks. Assist with onboarding and training warehouse associates on inventory processes and best practices. What You BringReliable, safety-focused work habits and consistent attendance. Strong attention to detail and experience with inventory control and resolving discrepancies in a WMS. Experience training or supervising warehouse associates preferred.
