White Glove Community Care is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team!
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and maintaining coverage for home care clients to ensure quality and continuity of care. This role works closely with caregivers, nurses, case managers, and clients to meet staffing needs promptly and efficiently, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules daily, weekly, and monthly.
Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
Respond quickly to call-outs and urgent staffing needs to avoid gaps in service.
Maintain accurate records in our scheduling system and ensure compliance with regulations.
Serve as the main point of contact for caregivers and clients regarding scheduling.
Collaborate with HR and compliance teams to ensure caregivers remain credentialed and eligible to work.
- Language: Bilingual in Spanish (required) – must be able to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking caregivers and clients.
- Experience: 1–2 years in scheduling, staffing, or customer service (home care/healthcare experience a plus).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Comfort using HHA exchange software, smart sheets and MS outlook.
- Personality: Dependable, team-oriented, and able to stay calm in urgent situations.
