Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls specific to home care operations
- Monitor regulatory, licensing, and payer-related changes affecting the organization and assess operational impact
- Conduct internal compliance audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring activities
- Identify compliance risks and recommend effective corrective action plans
- Provide guidance to leadership and staff on compliance-related matters and regulatory interpretation
- Design and deliver compliance training programs across the organization
- Partner with clinical, administrative, HR, finance, and operations teams to support enterprise-wide compliance
- Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for executive leadership
- Maintain accurate and well-organized compliance records and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of the compliance program and promote ethical business practices
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care compliance, corporate compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of home care regulations, licensing standards, and compliance frameworks
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments
