Corporate Compliance Officer – Licensed Home Care Agency

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Compliance Officer with a strong background in home care to lead and strengthen our compliance program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to applicable federal, state, and local laws, licensing requirements, and internal policies, while fostering a culture of accountability, integrity, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape affecting home care agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls specific to home care operations
• Monitor regulatory, licensing, and payer-related changes affecting the organization and assess operational impact
• Conduct internal compliance audits, investigations, and ongoing monitoring activities
• Identify compliance risks and recommend effective corrective action plans
• Provide guidance to leadership and staff on compliance-related matters and regulatory interpretation
• Design and deliver compliance training programs across the organization
• Partner with clinical, administrative, HR, finance, and operations teams to support enterprise-wide compliance
• Prepare reports, summaries, and recommendations for executive leadership
• Maintain accurate and well-organized compliance records and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of the compliance program and promote ethical business practices
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care compliance, corporate compliance, audit, legal, risk management, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of home care regulations, licensing standards, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across departments
