We are seeking a Counter Person to become an integral part of our team! You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.Responsibilities:Welcome and identify customer needsExplain products and services to customersMonitor inventory to ensure product is in stockEnter and process customer ordersInvestigate and resolve customer complaintsQualifications:Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to build rapport with customersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong negotiation skills
