Role Description
White Crow Real Estate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the executive team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. George, UT. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, preparing detailed expense reports, coordinating meetings, handling administrative tasks, and facilitating effective communication between departments. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring daily business operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and handling complex scheduling
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and budget tracking
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Administrative Assistance
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with diverse teams
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Lone Wolf and Follow Up Boss
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
