We’re looking for a Commercial Service Account Manager to run day-to-day service operations, lead crews, and be the go-to contact for our commercial customers. What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate daily commercial roofing service jobs
- Supervise crews, coach performance, and keep jobs moving
- Act as the main point of contact for commercial customers
- Diagnose roof issues (leaks, penetrations, repairs)
- Direct repair or replacement crews when needed
- Ensure clean, safe, OSHA-compliant jobsites
- Document work using CompanyCam, photos, notes, and communication logs
- Train and support Repair Specialists
- Report directly to the VP of Commercial Roofing
What You Bring
- 5 years of roofing or construction experience (commercial preferred)
- Knowledge of TPO, flat, metal, shingle, and tar & gravel systems
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record (required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in all weather
- Able to lift up to 80 lbs and handle physical job demands
- Bilingual and prior leadership experience are a plus
Education
- High School Diploma required
- Construction Management degree preferred (not required)
