Job Description and Responsibilities
The New York City office of White and Williams LLP, a large multi-practice law firm, is seeking a paralegal to support the commercial litigation group. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in complex, commercial or business litigation. Experience with bankruptcy and trial preparation helpful but not required. The candidate must have significant experience with electronic filings in both Federal and State courts. E-discovery and document management experience required. The candidate should be proficient in Lexis-Nexis, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat. Strong communication skills and excellent organization skills are highly desired.

- Bankruptcy and trial preparation, preferred.
- State/Federal E-filing and e-discovery.
- Document management experience.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate, preferred.
