Why this role?

Do real front-line trademark work, not back-office. You’ll counsel iconic clients on clearance and strategy, run U.S. prosecution (from IDs to Office Action responses), craft licenses and coexistence agreements, and drive enforcement programs, including online takedowns and TTAB matters. Expect direct partner access, cross-practice collaboration, and a collegial group that invests in mentorship and growth.

Top Requirements

• 2–7 years’ experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, counseling, and enforcement
• Comfort drafting/negotiating trademark licenses and coexistence agreements
• Hands-on TTAB exposure (pleadings, discovery, motions; arguments a plus)
• Strong writing, judgment, and ability to manage multiple client matters
• JD with strong academics; New York Bar admission
• Practical command of Microsoft Office; familiarity with timekeeping systems
