A nationally recognized tech transactions team is hiring a mid–senior associate to sit in TTG while partnering closely with a top-tier crypto/blockchain practice led by a practice co-head. You’ll drive software/SaaS, data, and IP-heavy commercial agreements for exchanges, infrastructure providers, and fintech/digital asset clients - plus support financings and M&A with crypto interfaces.

Top Requirements

- Strong drafting/negotiation across SaaS, licensing, data/privacy, and commercial agreements
- Comfort supporting crypto/digital asset clients and transactions (or eagerness to learn)
- Experience partnering with corporate/M&A on tech/IP issues a plus
- Bar admission

Salary : $260,000 - $390,000
