What You’ll Need2 years in an enterprise B2B SaaS post-sales role (Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, etc.)Proven track record of managing strategic customer relationships and driving retention/growthStrong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExperience leading executive-level discussions and business reviewsProblem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex customer situationsProject management experience with ability to manage multiple priorities
