Whispering Creek is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for day shift (7am3pm, .5 FTE, every other weekend) in Janesville, MN. This role exists to deliver safe, consistent nursing care and support residents and families with clear, timely communication.Key responsibilities include resident assessments, medication administration, documentation, and carrying out long-term care plans in coordination with the Director of Nursing and the care team.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Current RN license (Minnesota)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and follow-through

Your Day Shift
As a Nurse on days, you start by getting report and setting priorities for a steady, predictable shift. You move between resident rooms and the nurses station, keeping the day on track while staying calm and present with people.Youll coordinate with nursing assistants and the Director as needs change, answer family questions as they come up, and keep information moving so the team stays aligned. You wrap up by preparing a clean handoff to the next shift. This RN schedule supports a consistent routine for a Day Shift Nurse in Janesville.
