Looking for a bartender with a passion for customer service and a friendly personality. Great people skills is a must, along with previous bartending experience. A team player that is goal oriented and always looking to build a great reputation. All candidates are expected to work well under pressure and meet daily/weekly sales, service and profit goals.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Have knowledge in Bourbon and craft cocktails.
- Mix cocktails and other drinks according to recipes and customers' preferences.
- Offer recommendations on drinks based on taste.
- Speak with an engaging, positive attitude.
- Upsell drinks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of spirits and liquors and their uses.
- Up-sell drinks to customers.
- Be knowledgeable about beer, wine, and liquor as well as their uses.
Pay: $13.62 - $25.00 per hour
