Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cable cutting equipment to process material according to specifications.
- Measure and cut cable to required lengths based on work orders.
- Follow written instructions to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Handle and move materials safely in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report discrepancies or equipment concerns to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and production team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Forklift or combi-lift certification is a plus.
- Ability to read and follow work orders and instructions.
- Previous machine operation experience or willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
