Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable and detail-focused Order Fulfillment Associate to support our warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting, preparing, and staging materials for shipment while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities
- Select and prepare items for outgoing orders based on pick lists or system instructions
- Verify product quantities and inspect materials for quality before shipment
- Package and stage orders for delivery or internal transfer
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (as trained)
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with safety standards
- Communicate issues related to damaged materials, shortages, or order concerns
- Follow all company safety policies and operational procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to accurately follow instructions and work with attention to detail
- Comfortable lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facility
- Able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
