This role is designed for people who:

What “Flex Staff” Means

This is not a fixed schedule position.

Instead, you’ll:

• Pick up available shifts across multiple homes/programs
• Help cover call-outs and support new client placements
• Have the opportunity to grow into a more consistent schedule over time

Typical hours: 0–25 per week (varies based on availability and program needs)

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

• Supporting adults in daily living (meals, hygiene, routines)
• Assisting with community activities (gym, outings, events, errands)
• Implementing behavior support strategies
• Building independence—not doing things for people
• Maintaining a clean, structured living environment
• Being engaged (this is not a sit-on-your-phone job)
