Primary Job Duties:
- Champion the Camp Lucy culture by upholding company values and delivering exceptional service at all times
- Work collaboratively to foster a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing kitchen team environment
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Tillie’s recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all dishes meet quality, taste, and portion specifications
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies and ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service
- Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment and tools
- Cook menu items using a range of techniques including grilling, sautéing, frying, and baking
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines; ensure proper food storage and labeling
- Assist with daily prep, inventory checks, and rotation of ingredients to maintain freshness
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas following each shift
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a full-service restaurant
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, team-focused attitude
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for consistently high-quality food preparation
- Culinary education or certification is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
