Account Manager & Content Coordinator
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Account Manager & Content Coordinator to join our growing social media and marketing team. This role sits at the intersection of client communication, content execution, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage weekly and monthly client check-ins via email, providing updates on performance, insights, and next steps
• Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to ensure freelancers have the direction and resources needed to execute
• Review content calendars regularly to ensure posts are scheduled, aligned, and publishing on time
• Monitor and engage across client social media accounts (DMs, comments, general engagement)
• Capture iPhone content on-site at restaurants, events, and shoots as needed
• Provide context and direction to freelancers for content creation (events, promotions, hours, etc.)
• Maintain clear, timely, and organized communication with clients via email and text
• Coordinate internally to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are executed properly
• Proactively identify issues and problem-solve to keep projects on track
Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Position Details:
• Must be based in Baton Rouge, LA
• In-office required on Mondays and Wednesdays
• Expected workload ranges from 20–40 hours per week depending on client needs
• Reports directly to the Owner and Operations Manager
Preferred (Not Required):
• Previous agency experience
• Familiarity with restaurant, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
