Responsibilities:
- Create original graphics and artwork for apparel including t-shirts, fleece, hats, and related items
- Develop designs aligned with trends, seasonal moments, and brand direction
- Support marketing through digital ads, email graphics, social media assets, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with leadership on concepts, launches, and creative strategy
- Prepare clean, production-ready files for printing and manufacturing
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
- Continuously contribute new ideas and creative inspiration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- 3 years of professional or freelance design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and design fundamentals
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong typography, layout, color, and composition skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude with the ability to take feedback and collaborate well
Preferred Experience:
- Apparel or fashion industry design experience
- Understanding of print production / screen printing processes
- Passion for retail, sports, lifestyle, or consumer brands
