Lead Engineer (VP of Engineering) - NYC

Full Stack engineer
Player/coach as mentor and hands-on engineering
Manages daily details of engineering teams, ensuring high-quality development and
delivery.
Enforce best practices for software development, deployment, and testing.
Collaborate with the CTO to ensure optimal architectures to support the long-term vision
System Architecture & Scalability: Build a scalable and fault-tolerant trading infrastructure
Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Ensure real-time monitoring of trade execution.
Database & Data Pipeline Management: Design and maintain data storage solutions,
ensuring efficiency and reliability for market data and trade records.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with the CTO, executives, and
compliance teams while mentoring engineers.
