Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Salary: Approximately $100,000 annually
Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all core human resources functions for a growing organization in North Dallas. This role will partner closely with leadership to support business objectives, ensure compliance, and drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, benefits, payroll, and performance management
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, retention strategies, and organizational development
- Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and policy guidance
- Administer benefits programs and support open enrollment and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including 401(k) audits and reporting
- Oversee payroll processes and support compensation planning, including salary structures and offers
- Manage leave of absence programs, workers’ compensation, and unemployment claims
- Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and reporting accuracy
- Develop and support training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and performance management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- SHRM certification (required)
- 10 years of progressive HR experience
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience across multiple HR functions (employee relations, benefits, compliance, payroll)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
