About the Role
Wheeler Staffing Partners is hiring Electrical Engineers (PE Level I) to join a growing team in Little Rock, AR.
This is a high-impact opportunity to work on complex infrastructure projects, including healthcare, higher education, and central energy plant (CEP) systems, with a focus on medium voltage power distribution and generator systems.

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop electrical systems, including medium voltage distribution and protection systems
- Support design of paralleled generator systems (MV/LV)
- Create and review drawings and models using Revit
- Perform system analysis and ensure compliance with NEC standards
- Participate in site visits and support project execution
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on integrated designs
- Provide guidance to junior engineers as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years of electrical engineering design experience
- Experience with medium voltage systems power distribution
- Exposure to healthcare, higher education, or CEP projects preferred
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Solid understanding of National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Certifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) License required, Electrical PE preferred (Mechanical PE considered)
