What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Engineer position at Judge Direct Placement?
Large manufacturing company is looking for an Electrical Engineer for one of their faculties in central AR.
Minor relocation assistance is available for candidates within a fe hours away.
This company does not offer sponsorship of candidates now or in the future
**Candidate will provide hands-on support for packaging automation and production equipment, including PLC/HMI (modifications, troubleshooting). They will have no direct reports.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing electrical components into devices. They will also help design and manufacture electrical products of all shapes and sizes. They should be able to make quality assurance checks in order to keep the product standard high.
Responsibilities ~
- Evaluate electrical products and systems by designing testing methods
- Test finished products and system capabilities
- Keep necessary equipment operational
Qualifications ~
- Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- PLC troubleshooting and basic programming ability
- 3 years experience in working with PLCs and HMIs in a manufacturing or distribution setting
