zTrip, North America's leading transportation provider, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lot Porter / Detailer to join our Las Vegas team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining our fleet's appearance, readiness, and operational efficiency. As a Lot Porter / Detailer, you'll help ensure our vehicles are presented at the highest standards while supporting fleet operations and contributing to a safe, organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Cleaning & Appearance

• Wash, vacuum, and detail company vehicles to maintain a professional appearance
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for driver deployment
• Remove trash and personal items left in vehicles and report lost-and-found items according to company policy
• Install or remove company decals, signage, and vehicle equipment as requested

Fleet & Lot Management

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of fleet lots and parking areas
• Move, stage, and organize vehicles according to operational needs
• Monitor vehicle inventory and assist with tracking vehicle locations
• Assist with receiving, processing, and preparing newly acquired vehicles

Vehicle Inspections & Support

• Perform basic vehicle inspections and report damage, maintenance concerns, or safety issues
• Conduct routine checks of fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, and other vehicle components
• Assist with fueling, jump-starts, and other basic vehicle support tasks
• Document vehicle conditions using photos and inspection reports

Fleet Operations Support

• Transport vehicles to and from maintenance and repair facilities as needed
• Support drivers and operations personnel with vehicle-related requests
• Communicate vehicle status updates with fleet managers, dispatchers, and maintenance teams
• Assist during special events, high-volume periods, and emergency fleet support situations

Safety & Compliance

• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Complete additional duties and special projects as assigned by management

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Previous vehicle detailing, porter, fleet, or automotive experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
