About the Role
Our client is a successful real estate group in Collin County seeking a creative, organized, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator/Content Creator to join the team. We are looking for someone who can help capture real moments, create useful marketing assets, and keep the content moving consistently. We're looking for someone who values content that feels authentic, helpful, and natural over overly polished corporate material.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media & Short-Form Video: Manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Record and edit casual smartphone content (reels, shorts, stories) and manage a regular content calendar.
- Email Marketing: Create, schedule, and distribute email campaigns (newsletters, listing alerts, event invitations) using Go High Level.
- Listing Marketing: Support the full lifecycle of property listings, from "Coming Soon" to "Just Sold," including flyers, social posts, and property highlight videos.
- Design & Branding: Produce branded graphics, flyers, and lead magnets in Canva while maintaining the brand’s visual identity.
- Content Repurposing: Assist in promoting the group's podcast and blog content by creating clips, quote graphics, and supporting website updates.
- CRM & Systems Support: Help manage funnels, landing pages, and automated workflows within Go High Level.
- Reporting: Track basic performance metrics across platforms to help the group understand what is working and what needs adjustment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
- Proven experience managing content for social media platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on a smartphone (CapCut, Instagram Edits, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Basic understanding of social media strategy (hooks, engagement) and email marketing.
- Willingness to learn and utilize Go High Level/CRMs.
- Extremely organized with the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in real estate marketing.
- Direct experience with Go High Level.
- Experience with podcast or YouTube production.
- Knowledge of SEO or blog writing.
