What You’ll Do
- Process and monitor online orders, coordinating with fulfillment teams to keep shipments on track.
- Maintain accurate inventory quantities and product availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries and handle returns, refunds, and order concerns professionally.
- Identify and resolve order or inventory issues before they become larger problems.
- Monitor platform notifications and communicate issues that need attention.
- Help improve daily processes and support expansion into additional sales channels.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on e-commerce experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, Walmart Marketplace, or a similar platform.
- A self-starter who can prioritize work and stay productive without constant direction.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- A driven, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn new systems.
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, inventory systems, and online selling tools.
