Construction Crew Leader Needed
We are looking for a hardworking, experienced individual to lead our crew. You must have at least 5 years of construction experience in framing, concrete, and general labor. If you’ve already run your own crew, that’s a big plus.
We do all types of construction, but our main business is steel buildings. We need someone who shows up every day ready to work, can handle whatever job is assigned, and knows how to keep a crew moving safely and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years construction experience
- Knowledge of framing, concrete, steel buildings, and general labor
- Crew leadership experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to take direction and also lead when needed
- Someone who takes pride in doing the job right
