Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Construction Administrator to oversee and coordinate various aspects of construction projects. This role involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting project management teams to deliver successful construction initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, experience with construction estimating, and a solid understanding of quality control processes within construction sites.
Duties
- Manage and maintain all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Oversee quality control and inspection activities to ensure construction standards are met or exceeded.
- Conduct construction inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
- Assist in developing accurate construction estimates and budgets for ongoing projects.
- Monitor project schedules and assist in resolving any delays or issues that arise during construction phases.
- Support electrical and other specialized inspections as required for project compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols on-site and promote a culture of safety among team members.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to keep projects on track and within scope.
Skills
