General Description

The Part Time Testing Services Assistant is responsible for administering TSI, Local ACT, CLEP, Pearson (including GED), PRE-TASP Reading, ATI TEAS, TCEQ, TCFP, correspondence tests, and any other tests designated to be given at the Testing Center. The Part Time Testing Services Assistant acts as an exam proctor for internal and external institutional exams and adheres to accommodation directives and proctor agreement guidelines. This position maintains test security and confidential records. This position scores tests using the appropriate methods and accurately and efficiently reports scores.

Requirements

This position requires an Associate's Degree or 60 college credit hours in Business, Education, Computer Information Technology, Psychology, or related field. This position requires superior organizational and clerical skills with current word processing software knowledge as well as other computer skills. This position requires superior verbal and written communication skills with a commitment to service. The ability to provide continuous courteous customer service to student, staff, and administration is required. A criminal background check is also required. This position requires flexible hours.
