WAW is seeking a full-time IT Support Specialist. Job duties include: Install and support PC’s and peripherals, printers, and software applications; Train new users and existing users on new software and existing software; Maintain Help Desk ticketing system – generate related management reports; Maintain equipment reservation system, setup equipment as needed for internal/external use; Administer user network and email accounts; Create and maintain technical documentation as necessary; Participate in departmental projects such as equipment rollouts and software upgrades; Coordinate with consultants and hardware vendors as needed to resolve advanced technical issues; Contribute to department customer service and strategic technology goals by successfully completing stated job duties and other assignments.
We are seeking individuals with an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology or a related degree or related experience in the field. The candidate must display strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with Microsoft Operating Systems and Office Products.
